You don’t have to ‘sacrifice’ to attain health and wellness. It is true that there have been advances over time for the betterment of humanity, but at the same time, many modern conventions are at the least redundant, if not outright harmful.

We see this in everything from technology, to medicine, to food, to morals. For example, many people address an ailment with a side-effect laden pill, just to end up with another pill to address the side effect, resulting in a snowballing of symptoms. When it may have been possible to address the first ailment naturally, like with an essential oil.

Just like it is not a sacrifice to give up a pill in favor of a God-given natural remedy….It also is not a sacrifice to give up sugar or artificial sweeteners in favor of natural, healthy, great-tasting, REAL food!
