The Savage Nation has been off the air for several weeks. Following Michael Savage’s victory in court over previous syndicator, TRN (Talk Radio Network), Savage has been a free agent looking for his next ‘team.’ Michael Savage was listed in Procinctu’s Top 12 Information Resources for 2012, so we have been tracking the situation, especially with an election coming up in the US. Starting October 23, 2012, Michael Savage Returns to the airwaves just in time for the election stretch run.

Just before the hiatus, Savage earned the #1 spot for internet streaming, and ranked #3 on the radio. The independent, conservative voice has been missed over the last several weeks. So we are ready to hear his commentary on borders, language, culture, politics, cooking, and life!

Remember Michael Savage Returns October 23, so look for him on Cumulus Media and tune in 9PM EST!

Speaking with WorldNetDaily, Savage says:

“The later show is better for a guy like me who likes to tell stories and develop an idea..”

He cited surveys showing the late-night audience listens longer and is generally more affluent. The listeners also tend to be people who work regular hours and can’t listen to daytime talk radio.

“These are people who would rather listen to a thoughtful and entertaining radio show as opposed to watching TV.”

Savage told WND he’s pleased his show will return to KSFO in San Francisco, his flagship, where he began in radio 17 years ago.

….Regardless of who wins the presidential election, there will be plenty to do, he said.

..If it’s Obama, Savage said, America will face a socialist nightmare…

..He described Romney as a “middle of the road Republican.”

If Romney wins, he said, “We’ll have a lot to work to do to drive him to conservative side.”
